Since January 2008, Grupo Select has combined human expertise, specialized execution and in-house technology to simplify business management.
Our story
Our story
It all began in January 2008 in Joinville, Santa Catarina (Brazil), with a simple conviction: companies grow when they have the right people by their side. That is how Grupo Select was born — recruiting, listening and getting to know each need up close.
The trust of each client took us further. Workforce outsourcing, temporary staffing, payroll and HR administration and facilities services followed. In 2021, Select Clear was born, offering professional hygiene and cleaning products. And to bring transparency to every step, we built our own technology: Select360.
Today, more than a human resources and services company, we are a solutions hub — a dynamic ecosystem that brings together know-how, technology and strategic management to simplify processes and drive businesses across many industries.
The way we work rests on solid values, excellence in delivery and respect for people. Every solution is tailored, with prepared teams and our own structure, because we believe real results come from understanding each client’s context.
