How data is handled
Each company with its own data
Clients, entries and documents are linked to the company that recorded them. Users only see the companies they have permission to access.
Consolidation with authorization
Views that combine more than one company require explicit permission from the group administrator.
Currencies are never mixed
Amounts in different currencies are shown separately. When there is a conversion, the method and the exchange-rate date are stated explicitly.
Frequently asked questions
Can companies outside the group use Select360 ERP?
The platform is used by the group's companies and presented to other companies at select360.com.br. Terms and availability are provided on the Select360 website itself.
Can I see data for just one company?
Yes. Permissions are defined by company, module and action.
Does the ERP issue invoices?
Issuing depends on integration with a certified tax-document provider and on the company's digital certificate.
